Jalapeno

Sliced Jalapenos blended in my original recipe

Cranberry Walnut

Craisins soaked for 12 hours blended with Walnuts. Dairy Free.

Olive & Pesto

Sliced Kalamata Olives, Black Olives, and Spanish Olives and Pesto sauce blended in my original recipe. Dairy Free (Contains Pine Nuts)

Dill Pickle & Cheddar

Sliced Grillo's Pickles and fresh dill in my original recipe.

Country Sourdough

My original recipe blended with Stone Ground Whole Wheat, Spelt, and a touch of honey. Dairy Free.

Multi Grain Sourdough

My original recipe blended with  Sprouted grains - Stone Ground Whole Wheat, Oats, Flax and Chia seeds. A touch of honey for balance. Dairy Free.

Seeded Sourdough Rye

My original recipe blended with Pumpernickel, Medium Rye and Caraway Seeds. Dairy Free.

Everything but the Bagel

My original recipe blended with Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Dairy Free (Contains Sesame Seeds)

Wheat and Barley

Whole Wheat and Bread flour blended with Malted Wheat and Barley flakes 

Double Chocolate Chip

Ghirardelli Cocoa Powder blended in my original recipe with brown sugar folded with Chocolate Chips. Walnuts can be added.

PB2 Infused with Chocolate & Peanut Butter Chips

PB2 Powder mixed in my original recipe folded with Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chips. (Contains Peanuts & Dairy)

Beer (Stout) Bread

Scones

Scones are a popular breakfast treat. Blended with Cabot European Butter. Seasonal fruits and nuts can be added.

Standard muffin sized. Seasonal fruits and nuts can be added.

Quick Breads

A delicious breakfast treat with added seasonal fruits, the perfect addition to your table.

Brioche Tarts

A delicious addition made with a Sweet Sourdough starter. This process takes roughly 48 hours from beginning to end.  Additions can be added that are seasonal.

Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

A community favorite. These rolls start with a sweet stiff starter, blended with lots of butter and milk. Proofed over 18 hours, rolled with Cinnamon, Brown and White sugar. Shaped and proofed another 8 hours before being baked and iced.

Cookies and Biscotti

A variety of different flavors and blends.

Mini Cakes, Bundts, and Cupcakes

A variety of different flavors delicately frosted or iced to match the flavor of cake.
