You will learn how to care and maintain your Sourdough starter.
You will learn to weigh and the importance of using quality ingredients. How to build Gluten to strengthen your dough. What bulk fermentation is. Cold proofing your dough before baking. Finally, baking your loaf.
Sourdough bread has a lot of benefits behind why we don't use commercial yeast. The fermentation process allows so much, which you will learn in workshop.
Whether you are taking the workshop to spend time with someone or to get hands on learning to bake your own bread at home, supplies are needed.

- Sharp Knife or Bread Lame
- Dutch Oven or Aluminum Roasting Pan
A friendly smile and an apron!
For the workshop, all supplies will be provided. When registering for the workshop you will have an option to purchase a Sourdough Kit or only the workshop. Each participant will go home with a Sourdough Starter and instructions with a few recipes to make on your own.
